Bill Dow, Chairman of the Board and Chief Executive Officer (CEO)BILL DOW, CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD

Bill served as Tecomet’s Chief Executive Officer from 2008 to 2016 and is currently the Chairman of the Board. He has a broad background in general corporate management with a concentrated focus in the medical device industry and services.

Over the last 25 years Bill has served as Chief Executive Officer for firms with revenues from zero to over $500M, with products ranging from high-tech medical instruments involving electronics and software to commodity disposables. Startups, turnarounds and growth maintenance companies have all been included in Bill’s portfolio.

Bill earned his BS in Engineering from the United States Naval Academy and served in the United States Navy for eight years as a pilot and supply officer.

Victor Swint, President and Chief Financial Officer (CEO)VICTOR SWINT, PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER (CEO)

Victor comes to Tecomet after leading a private equity owned manufacturer of fiber-reinforced gasket material through a value building process and successful sale. He has 20 years of experience in leading manufacturing corporations, businesses including Illinois Tool Works, Rockwell Automation and Danaher Corporation.

Victor has a track record of formulating appropriate strategies, driving continuous improvement, generating operational excellence and creating value. He is a team builder that demands the best out of himself and his team. Victor has built and managed several world class management teams for the businesses he has served.

A University of Maryland graduate, Victor also earned a Masters in Business Administration from Harvard.

Jason Brasile, Executive Vice President, Chief Financial OfficerJASON BRASILE, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

Jason joined Tecomet in January 2021 after serving in multiple financial leadership roles for over 15 years. He has developed and led a global finance team while being a sound business partner and driving increased profitability.

Jason comes from Polypore International, a leading global high technology company specializing in manufacturing microporous membranes. Over the past 11 years, Jason served in several progressive roles of financial leadership at Polypore, most recently as the Senior Vice President of Finance. Prior to Polypore, he spent eight years in public accounting, primarily at a Big 4 accounting firm.

Jason earned both his bachelor’s degree and masters in accounting from Clemson University.

BILL COMEAU, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, CHIEF OPERATING OFFICERBill Comeau, Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer

Bill is an experienced executive with a strong operations and commercial background, a demonstrated record of building high performance, cross-functional teams and leading multi-site global operations.

Bill comes to Tecomet from Eaton Corporation where he held the role of Vice President, Global Operations and Supply Chain. Prior to Eaton, Bill held various other leadership positions in Stanley Black & Decker, GE Healthcare, Honeywell, Textron, and Doncasters Group LTD to include Executive Vice President, Sales and Global Operation, Vice President and General Manager and Vice President Operation and Technology. Additionally, he brings to Tecomet a deep background and strength in Lean along with diverse, multi-industry experience ranging from healthcare to aerospace and turnaround to rapid growth.

Bill holds an MBA from the University of Notre Dame and a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Marquette University. Bill and his family reside in Cleveland, Ohio.

Mat Ackerman, Executive Vice President, Business TransformationMAT ACKERMAN, BUSINESS TRANSFORMATION

Mat joined Tecomet in March 2020. Throughout his career, Mat has created equity value in the companies he has worked for and for his clients through business transformation.

Mat comes to Tecomet from Accenture Strategy, where he partnered with client Executive teams on growth-led transformations and corporate strategy design. Mat spent over 13 years in Strategy Consulting, mostly at Axia Limited, which was acquired by Accenture Strategy. Additionally, as the Head of Corporate Development at EverQuote, Mat raised the company’s pre-IPO Series B funding round. He is known for his customer-first orientation, data-led approach and cross-functional communication.

Mat earned a BA in Engineering from Dartmouth College and a BE in Mechanical Engineering from the Thayer School of Engineering at  Dartmouth College.

Art Burghouwt, Executive Vice President of Sales & Business DevelopmentART BURGHOUWT, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF SALES & BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT

Joining Tecomet in 2009, Art leads the Commercial Team and possesses over 30 years of Sales, Marketing and General Management experience. Art’s depth of medical device manufacturing industry knowledge is routinely relied upon for his leadership guidance. Committed to working closely with the customer, Art and his team listen carefully to the clients’ inputs and are continuously striving to meet our global customer’s growth related needs and aspirations.

Overall, Art has significant experiences within the Tecomet organization, including direct facility management, being intimately familiar with products, manufacturing processes, and the ability to recognize when to join Tecomet team resources to achieve our customers’ goals. His strong customer service philosophy extends through the entire Customer Care group which directly influences the customer and their overall experience. Believing that patient care is our utmost responsibility, Art and his team make every attempt possible to assure the products and services we provide exceed our customer expectations.

Art earned his BS from Bucknell University and an MBA from the University of Connecticut.

Steve Hinora, Executive Vice President of Quality & RegulatorySTEVE HINORA, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT OF QUALITY & REGULATORY

Steve joined Othy, Inc. (became Symmetry Medical, Inc.) in 1988 which Tecomet later acquired in December 2014. With over 28 years of experience in the medical device quality and regulatory environment, our customers frequently rely on Steve for his expertise and input. Committed to delivering the highest quality manufactured products, Steve is known as someone who is driven by overall customer excellence and satisfaction. Collaborating closely with our customers to pave new pathways, Steve is known as a reliable leader who solves challenges.

Steve has observed the overall medical device industry quality function grow and change significantly over the last few decades. He leads Tecomet’s large global team dedicated to keeping patients safe and enjoys mentoring junior professionals in his field.

Steve graduated from Concordia University with a BS and an MBA.


Alisa joined Tecomet February 2019. Alisa has more than 20+ years’ experience in Human Resources. Most recently as Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer with Interface Performance Materials based in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. In this role, she was responsible for the full scope of human resources globally. Additionally, she has held HR leadership roles with companies such as Eastman Chemical Company, Rockwell Automation and Coca-Cola Enterprises. Over her career, she has demonstrated a passion for the growth and development organizations and people while driving efficient and effective HR services.

Alisa has a Master of Business Administration from the Weatherhead School of Management at Case Western Reserve University and she earned her undergraduate degree from Notre Dame College of Ohio.

Matthew Robida, Executive Vice President, Corporate Development and M&AMATTHEW ROBIDA, EXECUTIVE VICE PRESIDENT, CORPORATE DEVELOPMENT AND M&A

Matt joined Tecomet in August of 2020. Matt has more than 15 years experience in corporate development, strategy, market intelligence, and M&A for market leading material conversion and global manufacturing organizations.

Prior to Tecomet, as Vice President of Corporate Development, Matt directed corporate strategy, mergers & acquisitions, and marketing & communications for Spectrum Plastics Group of Alpharetta, Georgia, a leading medical device contract manufacturer. Previously, with Pexco LLC, the largest custom plastics profile extruder in North America, he directed similar responsibilities as Vice President of Business Development. Additionally, Matt spent five years as the Director of Global Marketing and Business Intelligence with Filtrona Porous Technologies, a custom components business featuring fiber, foam, and porous plastics technologies. Despite operating across various polymer, advanced material, and now metal technologies for much of his career, Matt began by serving the international consulting and strategic market intelligence industries in the Washington DC area, specializing in international affairs, market risk analysis, and business intelligence.

Matt holds a Bachelor of Arts degrees in both Politics and Spanish from Wake Forest University and a Masters of Arts degree from Georgetown University.
