Additionally, this system provides controls for the prevention of nonconforming product, early detection of discrepancies and corrective action, to ensure consistent delivery of quality product. Techniques such as FMEA, Risk Assessment, Control Plans, Gage R&R, and SPC are used throughout the two manufacturing facilities to maximize quality and minimize discrepancies.

Inspection Tecomet Quality creates inspection plans and documentation specific to each customer's requirements both general and specific. Whether you require only a single Certificate of Compliance or a 100 page Data Package, each shipment is fully documented, traceable, and able to accompany each shipment. Traceability information is scanned into the Tecomet computer network and accessible to get you the information you require. Our inspection staff is highly knowledgeable with an average of 20 years experience. Tecomet is constantly expanding and upgrading its wide variety of inspection equipment from Nikon Optical Measuring Machine, to Zeiss Coordinate Measuring Machine, to the wide variety of SMTE found throughout the facilities.
